A leading FTSE 100 infrastructure organization, was embarking on a multibillion 5-year program involving the construction of multiple complex infrastructure projects. Past programmes faced significant challenges in ensuring effective coordination, consistency in projects' definition, efficiency and predictability, resource allocation, cost, schedule and risk management undermined by mediocre processes, lack of alignment across stakeholders, inconsistency in efficiency and predictability.
To address these challenges, Rasse Consulting spearheaded operational transformation by leading the design and implementation of a new operating, encompassing processes, procedures, practices and templates for a smooth five-year rollout, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and NEC4 project controls frameworks.
The developed PMO artefacts would serve as a central hub of control and coordination, providing strategic guidance, operational oversight, cost, schedule and risk management expertise throughout the program's lifecycle.

Faced with a critical transformation to ERP system across multiple business domains, our FTSE 100 client needed a strategic partner to navigate complex challenges. Rasse Consulting's expertise in comprehensive Program Management Office (PMO) solutions, planning, deployment, and governance was instrumental in delivering a successful program.
We established a methodology to develop a strategic and execution planning for this $1+ billion investment, ensured stakeholders alignment, and implemented rigorous monitoring and control processes to ensure effective execution.
By fostering collaboration between workstreams, business and IT teams, we delivered a governance framework focused on high-quality data and information. Our ability to manage a large cross-functional resource pool was essential in meeting project demands.

A mid-sized property management company faced a significant challenge: their rental portfolio was underperforming, and property values were stagnating. Despite a prime location in a rapidly developing city, the company's properties were outdated, and tenants were dissatisfied.
To address these issues, Rasse Consulting carried comprehensive assessment revealed several key areas for improvement, such as lacking modern amenities that were in high demand among tenants (e.g. high-speed internet, modern kitchens) in this specific area driven by change in demographics. Moreover, the company's management practices were outdated, leading to slow maintenance responses, tenant dissatisfaction, and missed opportunities for rent increases. Last, but not least, opportunities to enhance marketing were identified.
Rasse Consulting developed a strategic plan to revitalise the portfolio and enhance both rental and capital value. Among other things, Rasse Consulting focused on optimising the portfolio through rebalancing the porfolio towards the properties in high demand, higher yields and capital growth potential, property upgrades, and property management enhancement through digitalisation.
As a result, rental occupancy rates increased significantly, and rental income rose by over 20%. Property values also experienced an appreciation, reflecting the improved quality and desirability of the portfolio.
